Employee falls from tree during training incident and is kil

At 8:00 a.m. on July 18, 2019, an employee was working as a rescuer in a mock arborist first aid incident for training purposes. The employee began climbing a tree and fell from it after climbing approximately 25 feet. The employee was pronounced dead at the scene by paradmedics when they arrived.
