Investigation Summary

At approximately 6:45 a.m. on July 17, 2019, an employee had just arrived to work. The employee was getting up and heading to the restroom. At approximately 6:56 a.m., an employee stood up to go to the restroom. While the employee was walking to the restroom, the employee became unsteady and fell into the wall of the hallway. The employee began to have a seizure when the coworkers got to her. During this time, two employees provided first aid and contacted security. When the employee attempted to stand back up, she fell again into an employee's arms and had another seizure. The employee died while in transport to the hospital.
