Employee falls from ladder and is killed

At 9:45 a.m. on June 11, 2019, an employee was removing a polyrod which is a piece that holds the fabric from the awning in a channel on the trailer. The employee lost his balance and fell off the ladder he was on when the polyrod broke while he was pulling on it. The employee was killed when he struck his head on the macadam floor.
