Investigation Summary
At 4:00 a.m. on June 6, 2019, an employee was operating a CNC line attempting to remove piece of product from the jammed line. The employee managed to pull the piece out and the part went back into place forcing his fingers between the part and the frame of the machine. The employee amputated his left hand ring and middle fingers requiring medical treatment but was not hospitalized.
