Investigation Summary
At 9:30 a.m. on May 23, 2019, an employee was directing trailer movement when he tried to jump on a moving toter tractor in the second yard while the operator was in the process of making a turn to park a manufactured home. The employee fell and was struck and run over by the rear tire of the tractor injuring the left side of his body. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured left leg.
