Employee breaks leg while operating powered pallet jack

At approximately 4:30 a.m. on May 24, 2019, an employee was backing a powered pallet jack. While backing a powered pallet jack, the employee's left leg become stuck between the jack and a rack-mounted to a cement pillar. The employee fractured their left leg and was hospitalized for these injuries.
