Employee 's hand is caught into roller machine and is injure

At approximately 1:45 p.m. on September 12, 2014, an employee who was a roller operator was almost done rolling the metal when the employee got his hand caught on the roller machine. The employee was in the process of cleaning dirt off the roller when his left-hand fingers was caught in the machine. The employee was hospitalized and suffered broken bones and nerve damage.
