Employee is struck by forks on forklift and breaks leg

At approximately 12:30 a.m. on May 9, 2019, an employee was using a forklift to remove racks from a tractor-trailer. The employee did not fully engage the e-break and drop his forks before getting off the forklift to move a rack so it could be picked up. The employee was struck by the forklift, breaking his right leg above the ankle. The employee was hospitalized for these injuries.
