Employee crushes finger between mold and table

At approximately 9:45 a.m. on May 9, 2019, an employee was placing a mold in a rubber compression press. While sliding a mold into a press on a non-powered roller conveyor, the employee smashed his left index finger between the mold and the frame of the machine. The employee received a laceration injury to his finger and was hospitalized.
