Investigation Summary
At 1:30 p.m. on May 9, 2019, Employee #1, employed by a roofing company, was doing repairs/rehabilitation on a building roof. He was installing meal clips that would secure the metal roofing when he slid down the roof's slope and fell, a fall height of 16.5 feet. The employee struck the compacted soil at surface level. The employee was transported to the hospital and admitted for treatment of a possible fracture to the left collarbone.
