Employee is killed when run over by tractor tire

At 10:30 a.m. on April 17, 2019, an employee was repairing the ignition system of a John Deere 5202 Tractor and had replaced the switch and other electrical components. The employee was standing in front of the tractor's left rear tire when he started the tractor and it ran over the employee, crushing his chest and upper torso. The employee was killed.
