Employee falls from stage truss and is killed.

At 9:24 a.m. on April 6, 2019, an employee was working at the main stage that was under construction for a festival and was working on the rigging approximately 50 feet above the stage. The employee fell to the main stage and was killed. The employee did not have any fall protection equipment in use.
