Employee trips and falls after losing balance, fractures ank

At approximately 8:45 p.m. on March 11, 2019, an employee, who worked as a registered nurse, was walking in the hallway. She fell after losing her balance while turning around a corner. The employee suffered a fractured right ankle. The employee was treated and hospitalized for this injury.
