Employee is trimming trees and is electrocuted when touching

At 7:15 a.m. on April 28, 2019, an employee was trimming trees and spraying their wounds. The employee was using an extended pole with a sprayer when it caught on a branch. The branch sprung back and the pole came into contact with a live electric line, electrocuting the employee.
