Employee dies from injuries received while unjamming chain c

At 6:00 a.m. on April 4, 2019, an employee died from abdominal injuries. The employee initially sustained his injuries on March 21, 2019, when he stepped on a drag chain conveyor pan to dislodge a stick and became caught. The employee was pulled into the equipment's tall spool by his leg. His leg was amputated and he also sustained abdominal injuries.
