At 6:30 p.m. on March 21, 2019, an employee was sweeping paper scraps into an overhead vacuum tube and pinched his left hand's index finger between a pivoting pneumatic cylinder's body and encasement. The employee amputated his fingertip. Hospitalization was not required.
