Employee falls from roof, fractures arm, lacerates head

At 3:18 p.m. on December 18, 2018, Employee #1, employed by a framing construction company, was engaged in exterior framing work at a residence. He was receiving trusses above the garage when he lost his footing and fell, a fall height of 10 feet. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital and admitted for treatment of a fractured arm and a laceration to the head.
