Employee's finger is amputated between fridge case and rolle

At 8:15 a.m. on March 14, 2019, Employee # 1 was trying to retrieve wiring that had fallen from the top of the fridge case to the bottom near the rollers. Employee # 1 stuck his hand into the rollers and the case came in contact with the rollers; amputating the tip of his right ring finger. He was hospitalized.
