Employee is struck and killed by branch during tree clearing

At 1:15 p.m. on October 6, 2018, an employee was standing under a tree and de-limbing the branches with a chain saw. A three limb about 10" in diameter and 10 feet long fell and struck the employee on the back of the head, resulting in a massive head injury and death.
