Employee suffers fracture to finger after being caught in me

At 11:45 p.m. on February 19, 2018, Employee # 1 was attempting to release metal compactor bin #5 from a compactor. A coworker, a driver, began to raise the compactor bin before Employee # 1 removed his hand. Employee # 1 suffered a fracture to his left middle finger.
