Employee fractures hip in fall while placing pallet on outfe

At 7:14 a.m. on March 5, 2019, Employee #1 was placing a pallet onto an outfeed gravity conveyor. The employee dropped the pallet onto the floor conveyor. She kicked it to try to straighten it, and fell to the ground. Employee #1 sustained a fractured left hip and was hospitalized.
