Investigation Summary
At 1:15 p.m. on February 25, 2019, an employee was placing a ladder on the side of an orange tree that was directly under the power lines when the ladder touched them. The employee fell to the ground from receiving an electric shock and was airlifted to ORMC, where he was admitted into the Intensive Care Unit.
