At 8:56 a.m. on February 25, 2019, an employee assisted in sliding a wall into place on an elevated concrete deck. At some point, the employee slipped and fell approximately twelve and a half feet. The employee was taken to a local hospital for stitches to a lip laceration and contusions to the face and wrist.
