Investigation Summary
At 1:30 p.m. on November 16, 2018, an employee was injured when he was struck in the shoulder by a forklift and its load fell on him. The employee was initially though to have sustained a fractured tibia and fibula; however, he was later diagnosed with sustaining a spinal injury from when the forklift contacted his shoulder. The employee was hospitalized.
