Employee fractures foot when run over by forklift being driv

at 4:45 a.m. on February 7, 2019, an employee was rolling a reel up a ramp when it moved back and he stepped back to brace the reel. The employee fractured his left foot when it was run over by a forklift driven by a coworker. The employee was hospitalized.
