Investigation Summary
At 3:18 a.m. on January 31, 2019, Employee #1 was driving a John Deere 6330 tractor and towing a 28 foot flatbed trailer that was empty. The employee was going to drop the tractor and trailer at another staging area, and then travel by private vehicle to a new job site. Employee #1 was fatally injured when the tractor tipped over into an irrigation canal on the left side of the road, crushing him underneath.
