Employee fractures leg and bruises ankle when caught between

At 7:56 p.m. on January 12, 2019, an employee was walking into a hallway while pulling a pallet jack behind. The employee positioned the jack and a coworker set down a pallet of meat on the jack while moving it closer to the wall. The employee was struck by the forklift and was pinned between the jack and forklift, fracturing his left leg and sustained a foot and ankle contusion. The employee was hospitalized.
