Investigation Summary
At 4:15 p.m. on January 25, 2019, an employee was completing a film change over on bag maker #5 and engaged the machine to advance the film. The employee reached into the machine to realign the film while it was in motion and caught his right hand's middle finger, amputating it's tip. Hospitalization was not required.
