Employee injures back when trying to pick up tote box

At 7:30 p.m. on Janurary 18, 2019, Employee #1 was packing lamps. When she went over to pick up an empty tote weighing 5.6 lbs that was laying 12 inches from the floor, she felt discomfort in her back. The employee's supervisor transported her to Paris Community Hospital. She was later transferred to Carle Hospital ER, where she was later admitted for pain control related to a bulging disc.
