Investigation Summary
At 6:30 a.m. on December 27, 2018, an employee was using a tool to remove clay build-up on a rotating texture roller used to press a pattern into clay before it was made into brick. The employee had his right hand pulled into the point of operation where the texture roller and brick column met, lacerating and fracturing the tip of his ring finger.
