Event: 11/19/2018
Employee suffers seizure and later dies

At 2:00 a.m. on November 19, 2018, an employee was working a night shift. After several attempts to reach her via walkie talkie by other employees, an employee went to office to check on her. She was found by employee blue and non-responsive. 911 was called and CPR was performed by employee on site and revived. She was taken to the hospital via ambulance and was put on life support. On 11/20/18, the employee was removed from life support and died.
