Employee is pinned against wall by vehicle and is killed

A 10:00 a.m. on January 14, 2019, an employee parked his vehicle on a slight grade and exited the vehicle which started to roll forward. The employee got in front of the vehicle and tried to stop it from striking the wall. The employee was pushed into the wall and pinned by the vehicle, killing him from blunt force trauma.
