Eployees is crhed and killed by machine's arm

At 11:30 a.m. on January 5, 2019, Employee #2 had disconnected hydraulic hoses to the hydraulic piston that raised/ lowered the Almond Shaker's clamp. As the hose was disconnected, the shaker's clamp, which was raised, fell onto Employee #1 and Employee #2. Employee #1 received fatal crushing injuries.
