At 2:00 p.m. on December 15, 2018, an employee was at the back of a horizontal machine center trying to locate an oil leak. The employee's hands slipped off of the machine while it was running and caught his arm between the servo motor and an upright column. The employee fractured his forearm and lacerated his skin. The employee was hospitalized.
