Employee trips and falls over cable loading lawn mower onto

At 10:30 a.m. on December 27, 2018, an employee was stepping over a winch cable that was being used to load a lawn mower onto the bed of a transport trailer and tripped. The employee bruised his hip, sustained a contusion to his head, and was knocked unconscious when he struck the ground. The employee regained consciousness while being transported by ambulance to the hospital, where he was admitted for overnight observation.
