Tipper operator is crushed and killed by semi truck backing
At 7:15 a.m. on January 4, 2019, Employee #1 directed a tractor trailer onto the tipper, while Employee #1 was checking the level of the tipper. A third party truck driver backed into the tipper crushing Employee #1 against the back of the tipping machine. The employee was killed.
