At 12:30 p.m. on December 26, 2018, two employees were repairing a roof and moved an aluminum extension ladder when it came into contact with a C phase of an electric system operating at 7,600 phase to ground. One of the employees was electrocuted when the ladder came into contact with the overhead power lines.
