Employee falls from scaffold and receives foot and back frac

At 9:00 a.m. on November 15, 2018, an employee pulled a stucco hose from the third level of a scaffold to the second level. The hose then began to fall, in an uncontrolled manner, onto the employee and the employee fell from the scaffold. The employee was hospitalized to treat fractures to the left foot and back.
