Employee contacts overhead power line and is killed

At 8:30 a.m. on December 13, 2018, an employee was raising a metal stinger/siphon tube. The metal stinger/siphon tube contacted 14.5-kV powerlines. The employee developed cardio respiratory failure, fell 8.6-feet from the fuel tank that he was standing on, and was killed.
