Employee fractures rib and punctures lung after running fork

At 6:00 p.m. on December 2, 2018, an employee was moving materials with his forklift and was later found laying on the ground alongside it. The employee was caught between the forklift and storage rack, fracturing his ribs and punctured a lung. The employee was hospitalized.
