Employee dies from heart attack

At 7:40 am on December 4, 2018, an employee tripped outside the store on the sidewalk, fell and scratched up his hand and leg. The individual did not appear to hit his head. The employee requested his friend to come pick him up at the location. At 8:50 a.m., the employee began having difficultly breathing and 911 was called. The employee was transported by ambulance to the hospital and died in the hospital that night. Employer was informed that fluid was found in his lungs and allegedly died from cardiac arrest.
