Employee is killed when struck by hand held saw that kicked

At 8:58 a.m. on December 6, 2018, an employee was cutting reinforced concrete pipe with a hand held gas powered saw. As the cut was finished, the saw kicked back and rotated, striking the employee in the neck. He sustained a laceration to the neck, resulting in his death.
