Employee is struck and killed by semi-truck

At 11:15 a.m. on December 4, 2018, Employee #1 was measuring for material to repair a truck dock shelter. Employee #1 was working in a loading/receiving dock area when an over the road tractor trailer backed into the loading dock lane, crushing Employee #1 between the building and trailer. Employee #1 died due to severe blunt force trauma and crushing injuries.
