Employee falls from scaffold and is killed

At 5:30 p.m. on November 29, 2018, an employee was repairing an exterior stucco wall. The employee was 19 feet and 8 inches above ground level when his scaffold collapsed. He sustained a laceration to the forehead, multiple fractures to the neck and both wrists and was killed.
