Investigation Summary
At 11:49 a.m. on November 24, 2018, an employee was driving a forklift in the warehouse moving pallets of food. The employee backed into another forklift parked in the aisle in which the employee was driving through in reverse. The employee crushed his lower right leg when the forklift he was driving impacted with the parked forklift. The employee was hospitalized for this injury.
