Employee is killed in fall from elevated work platform

At 9:00 a.m. on October 23, 2018, an employee was adjusting a couch that was in an elevated storage rack when it fell and pushed the employee from the elevated work platform. The employee fell approximately 32 feet before striking his head on the concrete floor, fracturing the employee's skull and killing him.
