Employee falls from aerial lift and is killed

At 4:00 p.m. on September 18, 2018, an employee was trimming trees while in an aerial lift. During trimming work, the employee fell from the lift. He suffered a fractures to his skull, ribs and arms, as well as a severed spine and broken eye socket, resulting in his death.
