Employee fractures leg when struck by fabric roll bar

At 5:45 a.m. on October 4, 2018, an employee as holding fabric as it was being fed into the rollers that created tension on a roller bar when it slipped from its bearing and struck him below the left knee. The employee sustained a compound fracture of his leg and was hospitalized.
