Employee crushes foot between pallet jack and storage rack

At 11:39 a.m. on September 19, 2018, an employee was breaking down pallets and separating merchandise. The employee was parking an electrical pallet jack when he stepped off the platform and his foot was pinned between the jack and a storage rack. The employee crushed his foot and was hospitalized.
