Employee sustains head injury when struck by loose trailer

At 5:45 a.m. on September 7, 2018, an employee was fixing the tongue on a pup trailer after pulling the pin and was putting it back in when the trailer began to roll away. A coworker attempted to grab it and the grappel struck the employee, who sustained a head injury. The employee was hospitalized.
